Children’s Smile Connection (CSC) is excited to offer our FREE school-based cavity prevention dental program to all students during the 2025–2026 school year. With parent/guardian informed consent, students will receive preventive dental care conveniently at school.

Informed Consent forms will be sent home with students this week. Please review, sign, and return the form to your child’s school as soon as possible.
